Former Executive's Programme
There were 22 Executive Bills which were before the Assembly when it was suspended on 14 October 2002. The bulk of these together with the Budget Bill 2003/04, were made by way of Order in Council at Westminster by the start of 2003. In addition a Budget (No 2) Order was made in July 2003.
