A questionnaire is available to help focus discussion and to provide a framework for written responses. The questions are not exhaustive and are not intended to constrain comment.

Written responses to the consultation can be either send in hard copy or electronic form. Please contact the Civic Forum Review team for details.

Responses to the consultation should be made by Friday 29 August 2008 if they are to be considered as part of the review.
