Another important part of our work is responding to specific cases concerning individual victims. These cases are referred to us by individual victims, victims groups, elected representatives, etc, and involve difficulties with social security benefits and housing problems among other things. For this purpose we have developed a network of departmental contacts whose expertise can be called upon to ensure prompt resolution of these problems.
