Sexual orientation research
OFMDFM's Research Branch funded the production of research to help set the scene for the development of better information and research about the experiences of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender people in Northern Ireland.
We have also financially supported the publication of other research, including:
- Equality mainstreaming policy and Practice for LGB People
- Equality mainstreaming policy and Practice for Transgender People
- ‘An acceptable prejudice? Homophobic violence and harassment in Northern Ireland’ (PDF 465KB).
OFMDFM has also supported recent needs analysis work carried out on behalf of the LGBT Sector.
