Proposal for update to Sex Discrimination Order in NI

Between April and July 2005, the department carried out a consultation on proposals for regulations to amend existing sex discrimination legislation in order to comply with the European Amended Equal Treatment Directive, 2002/73/EC, between April and July 2005.
