Seafarers Recruited Overseas
Employers are not allowed to discriminate on the grounds of race, ethnic or national origins or colour, in relation to the employment of seafarers recruited overseas. The only ground, on which discrimination in employment of seafarers is not outlawed, is nationality and the only matter not covered by the discrimination provisions is pay.
