Discrimination in Other Areas within Fair Employment

The Order also makes it unlawful to discriminate in the provision of goods, facilities and services, in higher and further education and in the disposal or management of premises and land. There are a few exceptions in relation to the private sale of land and property, the management and disposal of small premises, goods and services provided by religious denominations and political parties or by schools, colleges of education or establishments for the training of clergymen or ministers of religion.
