Promoting Social Inclusion (PSI) Disability
The PSI Disability Working Group was established in November 2004, in response to the Breaking the Barriers Conference (February 2004). The Working Group will examine barriers which exist for people with disabilities across 5 subgroups :
- Access to Employment
- Children, Young People and Families
- Legislation, Citizenship and Attitudes
- Transport, Access, Housing and Information
- Lifelong Learning, Culture, Arts and Sport.
The Working Group will make recommendations to Ministers by Autumn 2008.
