Review of the Office
Relations between the Commissioner for Children and Young People and OFMDFM are governed by a Management Statement and Financial Memorandum (MSFM). The department is required under the MSFM to carry out a review of the office at least once every three years. There have been two reports to date - 2007 and 2010.
