- About Economic Policy and Regeneration The Economic Policy and Regeneration Directorate has responsibility for the Programme for Government, sustainable development policy, sponsorshop and oversight responsibilities for IDF, ERINI, ILEX and SIB, strategic planning for NI's infrastructure investment and facilitating the regeneration of the Maze/Long Kesh, Ebrington and Magherafelt sites.

- Financial Issues UnitFinancial Issues Unit is part of the Economic Policy Unit (EPU).
- Policy Innovation UnitPolicy Innovation Unit (PIU) is a small branch within the Economic Policy Unit. PIU comprises six members of staff, a Grade 7, a deputy principal, a staff officer, 2 executive officers and an administrative assistant.
- Economic Advice Unit The Economic Advice Unit (EAU) is a small branch within Economic Policy Unit. It is headed by a Senior Economist who is assisted by one Deputy Economist and one Assistant Economist with shared administrative support.

- Regeneration Sites TeamThe Regeneration Sites Team is in the Strategic Investment and Reform Division and is responsible for taking forward work flowing from the Reinvestment and Reform Initiative.
