Using this Scheme
This scheme refers to classes of information that OFMDFM publishes for use within and outside the Department and provides guidance on finding information according to its type. Publication does not refer solely to printed material. It has been interpreted as broadly as possible to include information on the website, electronic documents, printed books, reports and leaflets. Much of the material covered by the scheme is available on this website
The information detailed in our scheme may be available in other languages and / or formats on request, for example audiotape and large print. Publications which are available in other formats or languages will be noted accordingly.
You can email your request for information at foi@ofmdfmni.gov.uk. If you wish to make a postal request, you can write to the Departmental Information Manager at the address in the Responsibility section.
When requesting information, please include the following details -
- your name and address;
- the information or documents you would like to access;
- the way you would like the information sent to you, for example as hard copy or via e-mail.
